Tony Ferguson has been released from hospital after undergoing additional medical checks in the wake of his brutal UFC 274 defeat against Michael Chandler on Saturday night.
Chandler knocked Ferguson unconscious with a crushing front-kick in the second round of their lightweight showdown, turning the tide after a difficult opening round in Phoenix.
The kick briefly disfigured El Cucuy's face and sent him sprawling to the canvas, where he remained for around two minutes.
