Antonio Rudiger has made a farewell visit to a Chelsea hospital, meeting patients and staff, signing autographs and handing out gifts before he leaves English football.
Rudiger will bring his five years at Stamford Bridge to an end on Sunday, with his final game of the season, at home against Watford.
The 29-year-old Germany international is yet to confirm it but he has a deal agreed at Real Madrid and, on Tuesday, he dropped in to say goodbye to patients and staff at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, sign autographs and pose for some photos.
