Alpine driver Fernando Alonso has accused the FIA of 'incompetence' and lacking in race knowledge following his five-second time penalty in the Miami Grand Prix.
The two-time Formula One world champion initially finished ninth at the inaugural race at the International Autodrome circuit - but was moved to 11th after suffering a time penalty.
The Spaniard has now hit back at the governing body and accused them of 'incompetence' and critiqued the general standard of the event.
