Wallabies star Samu Kerevi has revealed he regularly receives advice from England coach Eddie Jones and the duo speak regularly throughout the year.

Jones returned to Australia as adversary on Tuesday ahead of England's three-Test tour, which kicks off at Optus Stadium in Perth on July 2.

And Jones, who lost to England while in charge of Australia in the 2003 Rugby World Cup final, enjoys a tight relationship with one of the Wallabies' lynchpins.

'He’s one of the top coaches in world rugby but he’s also a top bloke. I talked to him throughout the year and he sends me messages,' Kerevi told British newspaper The Telegraph

'When you sit down with him, he’s got some great learnings for me as a football player. That’s what I love about him [...] he gives me pointers of where I can get better.'
