There are few ways that you can trump being the most decorated Spanish female Olympian of all time - but Andrea Fuentes did just that after saving Anita Alvarez at the World Championships on Wednesday.
Alvarez fainted in the pool whilst competing in the final of the women's solo free event in Budapest, before being saved by coach Fuentes who dragged her to safety.
