The family and friends of the late Shane Warne have donated to a fundraiser set up to support a graffiti artist who ended up in court after painting a mural of the late spin king.
Following Warne's sudden death while on holiday in Thailand in March, Jarrod Grech painted a portrait of the Australian legend on the outside wall of an abandoned house in the Melbourne suburb of Carlton.
The portrait at 40 Canning St depicts Warne cracking his trademark smile while wearing sunglasses and a suit, a sight that became familiar to cricket fans around the world during his career as pundit for Channel Nine and Sky Sports.
