An England Boxing staff member has been sacked for gross misconduct following an investigation triggered by claims of sexual assault, sexual harassment and attempted rape.
The man, well known to some of the sport’s biggest names, was initially suspended over the allegations.
England Boxing, based in Sheffield, launched an independent inquiry and last month the staff member, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was fired.
