Former NBA player Iman Shumpert was arrested at Dallas/Fort Worth airport on Wednesday afternoon around 2:40 p.m. on charges of felony marijuana possession and a gun in his bag.

According to TMZ Sports, authorities were called after 'a sizeable amount of a green leafy substance' was discovered inside of Shumpert's bag. 

Authorities were then able to confirm that the substance was 6.12 ounces of Marijuana.

The report also claims Shumpert had a Glock magazine and 14 9mm rounds in his bag but didn't have a gun. 

Yahoo report that there was no gun and that this is not part of the charge against him.
