Former NRL star Corey Norman has been hit with the most serious charge possible after being accused of trying to stick his finger up an opponent's backside as the pair had a running battle in a Super League match last Thursday night.
The ex-Brisbane, Parramatta and St George Illawarra star was playing for Toulouse Olympique when he allegedly tried to carry out the disgusting act on Warrington's Oliver Holmes.
He and Holmes had been involved in several clashes before the Warrington star ran at the Australian in the 53rd minute of the game and Norman's hand was seen on his buttocks.

The charge against Norman brings back memories of John Hopoate's infamous finger-poking disgrace against the North Queensland
