UFC superstar Nate Diaz has announced plans to create his own combat sports promotion entitled Real Fight Inc.
Diaz announced in a press release that he plans to apply for a promoter's license to host events including boxing, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu bouts.
The press release also stressed that the venture will have 'no bearing on his status as a fighter, where he will continue to be very active'.
