Peter Crouch praised Tottenham's improved performance in their 0-0 draw against Frankfurt but believed they were lacking a cutting edge going forward again.

Spurs went into Tuesday's game in Germany having endured a dismal 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in the north London derby on Saturday.

They created a whole host of chances at Deutsche Bank Park, but were wasteful, with both Son Heung-Min and Harry Kane guilty of missing guilt-edged opportunities.
