New York Jets rookie corner back Sauce Gardner taunted Packers fans following their 27-10 victory Sunday.

Gardner got his hands on a cheesehead to troll the team from Wisconsin and decided to wear it to go over to the Green Bay supporters.

He then walked down the tunnel to the locker room still donning the cheesehead until Packers receiver Allen Lazard ran past and knocked it off.

Gardner said afterwards that some Jets fans had given it to him.

'Just being able to play against somebody like Aaron Rodgers, that was a true blessing,' Gardner said. 

'I said I grew up playing Madden and he's always been on Madden since I can remember. Running off the field with that cheesehead thing, with cheese on my head, that was a crazy feeling right there. I'm never going to forget that.'

Lazard had no issues with Gardner, he said postgame: 'It's just a little competitive spirit.

'Nothing too harmful in that aspect or anything. I'm sure he probably would've done the same thing if I was wearing a Jets hat or helmet walking off their field, so that's just the competitiveness in me. No disrespect to him.'

 He also wasn't the only young player on the Jets to have a strong performance.

Breece Hall, Quinnen Williams and the young New York Jets are making a convincing statement to the rest of the NFL.

They aren't the same old Jets who haven't reached the playoffs since the 2010 season, the league's longest active drought.

Hall ran for 116 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown, and Williams had two of New York's four sacks against Aaron Rodgers as the Jets won their third straight win.
