Son Heung-min was withdrawn in the first half of Tottenham's crucial Champions League encounter away at Marseille.

The South Korean was forced off after appearing unsteady having taken a blow to the head from Chancel Mbemba.

Tottenham's first half misery was compounded by a goal from Mbemba deep into time added on largely because of Son's injury.

Reacting Son going off, supporters expressed their concern for the South Korean while also expressing displeasure at Antonio Conte's choice of replacement.

'That looked nasty on Son. Hope he's okay. World Cup's in a few weeks, I'm sure he'd be gutted if he missed it,' one wrote.
