Thomas Frank has accused a member of Nottingham Forest's groundskeeping team of injuring one of his coaches before Brentford's game at the City Ground on Saturday.
The incident occurred as Frank's team were warming up prior to the game that ended 2-2 following a late own goal from Brentford's Mathias Jorgensen.
As goalkeeping coach Manuel Sotelo went through some pre-game drills, a dispute emerged between Sotelo and one of Forest's ground staff who had wandered into the penalty area.
