NFL players develop at different paces. Giants offensive tackle Andrew Thomas was not a good player as a rookie but has since developed into one of the league's best offensive tackles. While the season is more than half over, there is still time for these players to build positive momentum. Panthers offensive tackle Ikem Ekwonu and Seahawks offensive tackle Charles Cross have stacked a few good games. It will also be interesting to see how the list adjusts when Eagles defensive tackle Jordan Davis and Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson return to regular roles. Both were staples before sustaining injuries.
