Eight months after being traded to the Browns and signing a five-year, $230 million deal, quarterback Deshaun Watson finally appears to be settling into the Cleveland suburbs.

Not only was he allowed to return to the team's practice facility in Berea this week, as he continues to serve an 11-game ban over sexual misconduct allegations, but now the 27-year-old has reportedly splurged on a $5.4 million home in nearby Hunting Valley.

News of Watson's home purchase was first reported by Clevescene.com, which claims the home was originally listed at $6.9 million.
