A furious football fan has slammed organisers after arriving at their World Cup accommodation in Qatar to find it was still being built.

Migrant workers who worked 14-hour shifts and slept on the ground were still completing cabins in the Al-Emadi fan village near Doha, that cost $330AUD a night, the Daily Mail revealed on Tuesday.

A TikToker with more than 1.96million views gave fans an insight into the cramped, expensive cabins as they were left in a state of disbelief that the rooms were still being constructed as they arrived.

Arriving at their cabin, the TikToker showed a huge amount of materials yet to be installed, rubbish and multiple people still working in the cabin, which was clearly unfinished.

Other videos on the account show large numbers of workers rushing to complete a variety of jobs, from cleaning to plumbing and installing appliances and furniture.

More than 784,000 people watched a video from the TikToker that showed water all over the floor and doors of the cabin, shoddy plumbing and sawdust everywhere.

The large number of examples of either unfinished cabins, or finished cabins that were either filthy or shoddily built, didn't go down well.

Many fans were in disbelief that such terrible accommodation could cost more than $300 a night.
