Berhalter was asked again on Thursday why Reyna was left out and if the attacker is available to play against England. 'I think I was pretty clear after the game saying he was available for the match, and it was a coach's decision that he didn’t play,' Berhalter said. 'And he'll be available for tomorrow's match, and we’ll see what happens.' USA took a 1-0 lead against Wales through Timothy Weah but in the second half, Wales came back into the game and started to dictate play. The introduction of promising 20-year-old attacker Reyna seemed inevitable but Berhalter instead turned to Kellyn Acosta and Jordan Morris. There had been some suggestion that Reyna was experiencing some muscle tightness after a practice game against a local Qatari team last week, but Berhalter's comments on Thursday appear to dismiss that.
