Canada goalkeeper Milan Borjan should be applauded for his dignity under a hail of abuse as Canada were eliminated from the World Cup in defeat by Croatia. Borjan, 35, is of Serbian heritage, born in Croatia when it was within Yugoslavia and plays for Red Star Belgrade.
