Bromley have abandoned their National League clash with Yeovil on Saturday afternoon after the tragic death of a fan in the stands.

Play was stopped after six minutes of the fifth-tier match at Hayes Lane to allow the supporter, who was in the home section, to receive medical treatment.

Although the match briefly resumed, it was then halted again in the 11th minute with the score at 0-0, with the club confirming the abandonment around 50 minutes later, at approximately 1.30pm GMT with the Twitter post: 'Today's game has been abandoned due to a medical emergency.'
