Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks was placed into concussion protocol after leaving the game following a massive hit on his first career touchdown reception in the Eagles 35-10 win.
The play occurred on the second drive of the game when Burks hauled in a 25-yard touchdown pass and took a helmet directly to the face mask from Eagles safety Marcus Epps.
Epps was penalized 15 yards for unnecessary roughness and will likely receive a fine from the NFL during the week. Burks on the other hand stayed on the ground for an extended period of time before walking to the locker room.
