Shortly after signing a new four-year contract with the Yankees, general manager Brian Cashman has sharpened his focus on one thing: Aaron Judge's future.

The slugger hit a new American League record of 62 home runs last year before entering free agency, with a number of elite sides wanting his signature.

Judge was recently pictured landing in San Francisco amid rumors of talks with the Giants, while another California team are linked to him in the Dodgers.

The Yankees are prepared to offer above $300m to get Judge back to New York but a move to the west coast might appeal to the 30-year-old, who grew up near San Francisco.
