Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson is facing a race against time to be fit for the NFL playoffs, as he sustained a torn tendon in the abdominal area against the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Eve.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, an MRI scan confirmed the injury on Monday. Johnson was seen on the ground hurt in the fourth quarter of Saturday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys, 34-40.
The 32-year-old was eventually subbed out by Jack Driscoll, who stayed on for the remainder of Saturday's game.
