A new All-Pro team decided by the players will make its debut this season after years of letting media members be the only ones to decide.
The NFL Players Association announced their decision to let the players vote for their own 'All-Pro' selections in an NFLPA-decided team.
'For too long, we as NFL players have allowed everyone else to define the best of us. That ends now,' NFLPA president J.C. Tretter wrote in an email to players, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The players union will allow its constituents to vote for players who made the most noise in a season at their position and those they play against. This means wide receivers can vote for fellow receivers as well
