ESPN analyst Stephen A Smith fears for Tua Tagovailoa's career with the Miami Dolphins quarterback enduring his third concussion scare of the season.
Tagovailoa will miss Sunday's playoff game against the Buffalo Bills as he is still following concussion protocol for the second time this season.
He was intercepted three times on the Christmas Day game against the Green Bay Packers and displayed concussion symptoms watching footage back with coach Mike McDaniel the next day.
He was officially concussed once before this season, against the Bengals, and needed to be carried off the field on stretcher before being taken to hospital. That incident happened four days after he appeared unsteady on his feet after a hit in a game against the Bills.
