Nick Kyrgios has sent his social media followers a very rude message straight after having surgery to fix the knee injury that saw him make a shock withdrawal from the Australian Open just 24 hours before he was due to play his first match.
The Australian star stunned the tennis world last Monday when he revealed a torn meniscus and cyst in his knee were so serious he couldn't take to the court at his home grand slam for fear of injuring himself permanently.
The 27-year-old announced he'd be travelling to his home town of Canberra to have the joint operated on, and on Monday he shared the experience with his followers in two posts.

The green ticks on his 'after' Instagram post seem to indicate all went well with the procedure - but the Aussie bad boy doesn't look happy to be in hospital
Firstly he put up a video of himself dressed for surgery with his knee freshly shaved and a health worker in the background, accompanied by the caption 'It's time' and a frowning and sweating emoji.
The second post is a photo of Kyrgios sitting up in a
