Brighton are in the hunt to sign RB Leipzig's midfield star Amadou Haidara as the January transfer window nears its conclusion.
Haidara has impressed for the Bundesliga club in his four years in Germany since joining from Red Bull Salzburg halfway through the 2018-19 campaign.
The Mali international, who has 32 caps and two goals for his country, is now a Seagulls target to try boost their central midfield options where he is comfortable playing in a central area or just in front of the defence.
