Tributes have been paid from across the world of sport to 'inspirational' Kobe Bryant, three years to the day since he died in a helicopter crash in Los Angeles.
On January 26, 2020, Bryant and eight others - including his daughter Gigi - died in a tragic helicopter crash in the hills outside Los Angeles. Bryant and the other passengers were headed to Gigi's basketball game at his Mamba Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, California.
First Take star Stephen A Smith said that he is 'devastated' to this day that his 'brother' is no longer alive.

'I miss my brother,' Smith said Thursday. 'He was one of the most brilliant dudes I've ever seen.
'His hard work, his dedication, his focus to his craft, his love to his family and to the game of basketball.
'We got to know a lot more after he passed away but those of us like myself and Jay and obviously the NBA community knew him far more intimately. It's still devastating to think about it. It's like a pall hovering over the city of Los Angeles that you don't get to see him any longer.
