Ex-NFL defensive tackle Chris 'Swaggy' Baker is up and walking one week after suffering a stroke. 

The former Washington star shared the positive update to his social media as he posed a video of him taking tentative steps down a hospital corridor.  

Baker, 35, appeared to be wearing a blue, plastic belt around his midriff, which a member of hospital staff lightly held to help support him as he made his way down the hallway.
