LIV Golf has failed in its attempt to pull even more sides into its antitrust lawsuit and ongoing civil war with the PGA Tour after its latest request was denied by a federal judge.

The Saudi-funded breakaway has been denied its request earlier this month to obtain third-party discovery of communications involving 10 Augusta National members, including former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

LIV Golf had issued subpoenas to five PGA Tour board members and Tim Finchem, the retired PGA Tour commissioner.
