Brisbane Heat chairman Ian Healy has revealed the team believe the Sydney Sixers doctored the pitch for their semi-final clash at the SCG on Thursday night in order to favour the home side.
The cricket legend made the startling statement after the Heat stormed to an underdog win courtesy of a stellar bowling and fielding effort to open the match, followed by Micahel Neser's batting masterclass.
The Sixers were restricted to 9-119 on a substandard wicket that was widely criticised and hugely favoured spin bowlers.
'The didn't like the wicket, neither team liked the wicket,' Healy told SEN radio.
