His charisma is always brilliant and attracts many valuable players, as evidenced by the negotiations to sign Georginio Wijnaldum, who chose to leave PSG to be coached by Mourinho. 

Tammy Abraham, now criticised by Mourinho after a dip in form this season, is another player who chose Roma by rejecting Gian Piero Gasperini's Atalanta due to the presence of the coach that led Chelsea through one of the most successful periods in their history under owner Roman Abramovich.
