Manuel Neuer's Bayern Munich career is more than likely over, according to reports in Germany.
The goalkeeper was distraught after the German giants sacked the long-term goalkeeping coach Toni Tapalovic and attacked the club's decision in a frank interview.
And BILD claim it is now 65 per cent likely that the veteran stopper, who is out for about five months after breaking his leg while skiing, will never play for the club again in aftermath of the saga.
Neuer had told the Athletic: 'That blow hit me extremely hard... It came out of nowhere. For Toni too. I didn't understand that at all. It really knocked me down.
'For me, that was a blow — when I was already down on the ground (about his injury). I felt like my heart was being ripped out. It was the most brutal thing I've experienced in my career. And I've experienced a lot.
