The Red Devils were restricted to just two loan signings during the January window - as Wout Weghorst and Marcel Sabitzer joined the club - despite calls to bolster their front-line. With that in mind, Erik ten Hag's side are looking to make wholesale changes during the upcoming summer window that could see a number of first-team stars depart. According to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils have said that Anthony Martial, Harry Maguire and Alex Telles will be allowed to leave in the next window. Ten Hag's side have been in pursuit of a long-term striker option and it's understood that this has led to the decision of Martial's future at Old Trafford. French forward Anthony Martial is one of the players that the club have listed for sale Defensive duo Harry Maguire and Alex Telles will also be allowed to leave the club this summer The French winger has endured a turbulent spell in Manchester after joining the club in 2015 and has made just nine appearances in the Premier League this year. The ex-Monaco forward has suffered from a number of injuries at United and continued that trend after withdrawing himself from their squad to face Crystal Palace last week. Martial had found the back of the net just a few days prior, during United's 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup semi-final at Old Trafford. Meanwhile, defensive duo Harry Maguire and Alex Telles will be allowed to leave the club after falling out-of-favour with ten Hag this season. Club captain Maguire has made just nine Premier League appearances this term and has fallen behind Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane in the pecking order. It wasn't long ago that ten Hag opted to play traditional full-back Luke Shaw in Maguire's central position, despite the latter being available for selection. Brazilian full-back Alex Telles only joined the club in 2020 but seems like he could be already on his way out of Old Trafford on a permanent basis. The ex-Porto defender - who signed in a deal worth £15.4 million - made just 50 appearances for United in the last two seasons before being sent to Sevilla on loan. Martial has struggled with injuries and has made nine Premier League appearances this year Harry Maguire has been overlooked by new boss Erik ten Hag throughout the season During the January window, it seemed as though United's only recruit for the month would be the loan signing of striker Wout Weghorst from Burnley. The Holland international was brought in at the start of the window and was a clear target that United had identified prior. The same could not be said for Sabitzer. The Austrain playmaker secured a short-term loan to United after news that Danish star Christian Eriksen would be ruled out for three months with an ankle issue. United acted swiftly to secure the temporary signing of Sabitzer from Bayern Munich and he's already been tipped to step up in place for the suspended Casemiro.
