A Geelong Cats fanatic has gone above and beyond to permanently display his  unbridled passion for the AFL premiership favourites.

Lochie Keats, 79, is sporting a unique tattoo on the top of his head following a $50 bet with a mate.

The ink references the fact Geelong became AFL's oldest ever premiership team when they won the flag last year - and Keats' wife isn't happy about it.
