Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant is hopeful of returning to the NBA court in less than three weeks after suffering a sprained left ankle in a fall during pregame warmups on Wednesday.
There were fears that Durant could miss the entire rest of the season, but he underwent an MRI today and it was noted that the swelling around his ankle had decreased from the night before.
'I feel bad for him because he feels bad,' Suns coach Monty Williams said after the game. 'I saw his face and -- I've been around him so many times -- I know what he's feeling, and I don't want him feeling that way at all.'
