Matthew Stafford, his wife Kelly and their four daughters were announced Friday as the latest investors of Angel City FC - joining a lengthy list of star athletes to partner with the NWSL expansion side.

Angel City played its first season last year under founding investors Alexis Ohanian, Serena Williams and their daughter Olympia, finishing eighth out of 12 clubs.

And now, the Staffords will be involved in the club moving forward.
