The MMA referee who was blasted by fans after failing to act when a fighter was choked into consciousness during a Fury FC 76 bout over the weekend unbelievably went on to judge in the UFC the following day.
Frank Collazo made headlines for his dangerous mistake while officiating the clash between Edgar Chairez and Gianni Vazquez at Fury FC 76 in Texas on Saturday.
In the fourth round, Chairez put his opponent in a triangle choke and made him pass out.
However, to the horror of those watching on, Collazo failed to realise Vasquez was unconscious and let the fight continue.
With the choke still locked-in and Vazquez unresponsive, Chairez switched to an armbar while the commentary team screamed at the ref to stop the bout.
