Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has explained his theory as to why Lamar Jackson has garnered zero known interest amid a desire to leave Baltimore. 

The Ravens placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on Jackson - which he has not yet signed - meaning teams could in theory put forth an offer for the former MVP. 

Baltimore would have the right to match the offered contract or conversely decline and receive two first-round picks from that organization.
