Tottenham chief Fabio Paratici has jetted back to England to face growing uncertainty over his future after he was hit with a global ban from football.
As Sportsmail revealed yesterday, embattled Paratici spent the start of the week in his native Italy and was in his homeland as news broke of coach Antonio Conte’s departure on Sunday night.
