Rob Baxter hailed his never-say-die Chiefs after hooker Jack Yeandle's dramatic extra time try helped set up a mouth-watering European quarter-final clash with South African outfit Stormers.

The dramatic and incredible finish to this Champions Cup clash saw frenzied and hysterical scenes of joy from fans and players alike at the end of a pulsating contest.
