Caden Glover has become the first player born in 2007 to make his MLS debut, as he came on as a substitute in St. Louis City SC's loss against rivals The Chicago Fire on Saturday.
The 16-year-old forward came off the bench in the 77th minute for midfielder Eduard Lowen in an attacking move for the 2023 expansion team. He wasn't able to make an impact on the match as St. Louis ended up losing 1-0 at Solider Field, due to a goal from Chicago centre-back Rafael Czichos in the 40th minute.
