Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has admitted it 'feels like there is no hope' that Arsenal can win the Premier League after the Gunners lost 3-0 to Brighton on Sunday.
Man City's own 3-0 win over Everton earlier on in the day left the reigning champions two wins away from lifting their third title in a row, but that soon became one when Mikel Arteta's side collapsed at home.
The chasers struggled as Julio Enciso gave an impressive Brighton side the lead at the start of the second half, before Denis Undav secured the win and Pervis Estupinan put the icing on the cake late on.
Arsenal had led for the majority of the season, but they have dropped points regularly recently and must now win both games remaining and hope City drop points to stand any hope of lifting their first title since 2004.
Their captain, Martin Odegaard, speaking to Sky Sports, admitted his team-mates are incredibly deflated after their title charge all but came to an end.
