Wilfried Zaha is set to miss the final two matches of the season - with Crystal Palace now waiting to discover whether the icon has played his last game for the club.

The Ivory Coast international is in the final seven weeks of his contract and is yet to agree new terms with the club.

Zaha has made no decisions over his future and will now take time out with his family decide his next steps, while he may also seek talks with Eagles chairman Steve Parish, with whom he has built a strong relationship.

Zaha has been offered a contract worth £200,000-per-week by the Selhurst Park club.

However, the forward also has options abroad, with a number of clubs in Europe and the Middle East keen on signing the forward.

Zaha underwent the scan on Monday and Mail Sport understands the extent of the damage is expected to result in Zaha missing the final games against Fulham and Nottingham Forest.

Zaha is arguably the club’s greatest ever player, having made over 450 appearances, and scoring 90 goals, for Palace over two spells at the club.
