sport news How Real Madrid could line-up next season ahead of Jude Bellingham's move trends now

Real Madrid took their first steps into the 2023-24 transfer market after agreeing a deal to sign Jude Bellingham on Wednesday afternoon.

Los Blancos have negotiated a £113million deal to sign the Borussia Dortmund star this summer and will look to finalise the move in the coming weeks.

It marks the first bit of transfer action for Carlo Ancelotti's side this summer but it certainly won't be their last, with a number of interesting transfer links popping up.

Tottenham's Harry Kane and Chelsea's Kai Havertz have been two attackers linked with a move to Madrid, while a Bayern Munich defender has also been rumoured.

So, here, Mail Sport has taken a look at the potential line-up that Madrid could field next season.

GOALKEEPER

Courtois

Hardly a difficult choice in goal for Los Blancos. The Belgian shotstopper picked up the Lev Yashin trophy in October last year and it's clear to see why.

His stellar performances in domestic and European competitions continued all season, as he helped them reach the Champions League semi-finals.

His 10 LaLiga clean sheets was enough to lift him up to seventh in the league's rankings and proving that he is still one of the world's best keepers.

DEFENDERS

Dani Carvajal

A mainstay in the Madrid line-up across the last decade, Carvajal has proved to be a crucial part of their team.

The 31-year-old made 27 appearances in total during the Spanish top-flight campaign and managed to pick up two assists during that time.

There's been little to suggest that the Spanish veteran will be replaced at the Santiago Bernabeu, so expect to see him in the starting line-up next year!

Antonio Rudiger

The former Chelsea central defender enjoyed a brilliant debut season in Spain after completing his move to Madrid last summer.

With 33 LaLiga appearances under his belt, the German international proved that he is favoured over the likes of David Alaba in the Madrid team.

The 30-year-old recently produced a stunning performance to keep Erling Haaland at bay in their Champions League semi-final first-leg clash.

Eder Militao

Though he started his Madrid career on the periphery of the squad, Eder Militao has become a key member in the past two years.

Having played in 51 matches in all competitions this season, and registering seven goals, the Brazilian will likely keep his place in the squad.

A shoutout to the aforementioned Alaba, who has typically been third-choice between the defenders despite his outstanding technical ability.

Alphonso Davies

While Eduardo Camavinga has regularly filled in at left-back for the injured Ferland Mendy, it's Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies who takes the place.

The speedy Canadian, who starred at the World Cup in Qatar, has been identified as
