Baseball fans poked fun at MLB commissioner Rob Manfred after his voice cracked throughout his announcement of the Texas Rangers as World Series Champions.
After the Rangers annihilated the Arizona Diamondbacks, 5-0, to win the final series of the season, 4-1, on Wednesday, Manfred went onto Globe Life Field for ceremonial proceedings - a yearly ritual in the fall from the league's commissioner, who's been in charge since 2015.
