Jude Bellingham has named three surprising players as his childhood heroes growing up watching football.
For many football fans the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi might have been the players they looked up to.
So Bellingham's response to who his idols as a youngster were, would have surprised reporters when he was asked by French publication L'Equipe.
The Real Madrid legend, instead of choosing the obvious names instead went for former Birmingham City players Craig Gardner, Sebastian Larsson and Lee Bowyer.
He said: 'I admired the players from Birmingham, the team that won the League Cup at Wembley (in 2011).
