C.J. Stroud threw a game-winning touchdown pass for the Texans on Sunday with six seconds remaining - but he shouldn't have had time to make the play.

His score to fellow rookie Tank Dell was only allowed to happen because of a massive clock blunder on the previous drive by Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles. 

After Tampa Bay receiver Mike Evans recovered a fumble at the Texans' 14 with 49 seconds left, Bowles elected to use his final timeout instead of allowing a 10-second runoff.

Baker Mayfield threw a go-ahead touchdown pass to Cade Otton on the next play to give Tampa Bay a 37-33 lead.

That left Stroud with 46 seconds — instead of 36 — to go 75 yards with two timeouts.
