Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is receiving 'around the clock' rehab for the high ankle sprain he suffered during Monday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, according to The Athletic's Jeff Howe.
Lawrence is also yet to be ruled out for this Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns but is said to be too early to tell how his ankle will respond to treatment.
The 24-year-old quarterback was initially injured in the fourth quarter when his ankle was stepped on by Jaguars left tackle Walker Little during a passing play.
Lawrence initially took a couple of steps towards the sidelines before collapsing to his knees and pounding the ground in frustration.
