New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito is cashing in on his newfound fame as he filed for two trademarks this week.
DeVito, an undrafted rookie who had a tumultuous college experience at Syracuse, stepped up to play under center for the Giants after Daniel Jones was sidelined with injury.
Along with powering New York to three wins out of their last four games, the signal caller has become somewhat of a local hero for his Italian hand gestures and emotive family.
And DeVito is now looking to make the most of his popularity as he filed for trademark on December 19 for 'Tommy Cutlets' and 'Passing Paisano,' according to Josh Gerben.
The cutlets trademarks is to be used for cutlets, clothing, bobbleheads, ornaments, football equipment, chicken, meatballs, pasta, pizza, pizza and tomato sauce and energy drinks, among other usages.

Meanwhile, DeVito intends to use 'Passing Paisano' for bobbleheads, clothing, decals, ornaments, football equipment, action figures, live appearances by a celebrity and conducting youth football programs.
